Items and Orders

• All items are hand-made and unique. Due to the nature of handmade items, there may be slight differences from the photo to the item you receive.
• We keep a small amount of in-stock, ready-to-ship items but most are made to order.
• Some colors or sizes may have delays associated with them. If it looks like your order will take longer, we will contact you with details and options. 

Shipping

• Most items will ship within 2 days
• All items ship from our shop in Seattle, Washington
• Shipping time will vary. We will do everything within our power to get your item to you as quickly as possible but we cannot control anything once the item leaves our shop.
• Quips & Whips is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Customer shall be responsible for any additional shipping costs due to incorrect information.
• During busy times (like the holidays), our shipping times may be longer than usual

Our Designs

• All of our designs are hand-printed using high quality materials.
• Most of our items are designed in-house and uniquely ours! 
• All of our designs are copyrighted and Quips & Whips does not give anyone authorization to use our designs without written consent.

Custom or Bulk Orders

• Yes - we do custom orders! Please email sales@quipsandwhips.com to start the process or contact us from our 'custom products' page.
• If you are interested in buying 10 or more of any type of item, contact us for special pricing and customization options.

Returns and Exchanges

• Quips and Whips reserves the right to accept returns on a case-by-case basis. 
• Exchanges are accepted on new, unused products within 30 days of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for exchanges.
